Projects are generally completed according to an agreed scope and process.

Reasonable revisions included within the agreed scope may be provided according to the applicable proposal or project agreement.

Requests that substantially change the original direction, functionality, requirements, number of deliverables or project scope may be treated as additional work and may require additional fees or timeline adjustments.

9. Cancellation, Refunds & Termination

Either party may request cancellation or termination of a project subject to the applicable project agreement.

Because design, strategy and development services involve time, labour and customised work, payments relating to work already completed, committed third-party costs or non-recoverable expenses may not be refundable.

Where a refund is applicable, it will be handled according to the agreed project terms and applicable law.

If a client terminates a project after work has commenced, Vepzo may invoice for work completed up to the termination date, together with approved expenses or other amounts contractually due.

Nothing in this section limits any rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.

Unless a client expressly requests confidentiality or the project agreement states otherwise, Vepzo Studio may display completed work in its portfolio, website, social media, presentations, case studies or promotional materials.

Clients may request reasonable restrictions on portfolio publication by contacting us.
